When should I make the first payment?
The first payment must be made before the key handover takes place. Please make the payment as soon as both the tenant and landlord have signed the contract. If the payment is not received before the key handover, the check-in cannot proceed. The first invoice and the bank account details can be found in attachment 6 of the lease agreement.
