Pets in Your Rental Home

According to the rental agreement with LIV Residential, pets are generally not allowed. However, we understand that a pet can be an important part of feeling at home. That’s why we may allow pets in certain cases, provided they do not cause disturbances or damage to the property.

You may keep a pet in your rental home, provided that:

• The animal does not cause a nuisance to other residents (such as barking or meowing).

• The animal does not escape or roam freely in shared areas.

• The animal does not cause any damage to the property or building.

Important to note:
LIV Residential reserves the right to intervene based on the rental agreement if there is any nuisance or damage caused by the pet.
