Security deposit

When signing a rental agreement, LIV Residential typically requires a security deposit equal to one month's rent.

A higher deposit—equivalent to two months' rent—may apply to the following groups:

• Self-employed individuals

• Tenants with a foreign residential address

• Tenants who have lived in the Netherlands for less than two years with a residence permit

LIV Residential reserves the right to deviate from the standard procedure based on your individual situation and submitted documentation.
