With LIV Premium, you get access to additional features that help you find a rental property more efficiently. Below you’ll find the key information about the subscription.

Pricing

LIV Premium is a paid monthly subscription. The current price (including VAT) is clearly displayed when you sign up via the platform.

LIV reserves the right to adjust the subscription price annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. If the price changes, you have the right to cancel your subscription free of charge before the new price takes effect.

Duration and cancellation

  • The subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis
  • You can cancel at any time with a one-month notice period
  • Cancellation can be done easily via your account

Cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)

After subscribing to LIV Premium, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you can cancel your subscription free of charge and without giving any reason via your account.

Payment

The subscription fee is collected monthly via automatic debit through the platform’s payment provider. Please ensure that sufficient funds are available.

If a payment fails and is not completed within the legal reminder period, LIV may terminate the subscription. Any outstanding fees remain payable.

LIV Premium supports you in your property search but does not guarantee that you will find a suitable rental property or receive priority in the allocation process.
